• Length: True to size
• Width and toebox: Medium, slightly tapered toebox with a stretch-knit upper that adapts. Noticeably snugger than the 30 and 31, so best for normal-to-narrow feet. Standard, wide and extra-wide offered, and true wides should order the wide in their normal size.
• Fit notes: A heavily padded heel collar and stiff heel counter give secure lockdown, which may bother very heel-sensitive runners. The gusseted tongue holds the midfoot well enough that no lace-lock is needed. The knit upper stretches and relaxes over the first few miles.
